Ingredients

  • Potato 2-3 (big sized)
  • rice flour - 1.5 cup
  • green chillies - 1 (finely chopped)
  • Coriander - (finely chopped)
  • Curry leaves - few (finely chopped)
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Grated fresh coconut (optional) - 3 tbsp
  • Water - for mixing

  • Take a ball of mixture, pat it into a circle on a tawa
  • Drizzle some oil around it, cover it and cook till the bottom turns golden brown
