Ingredients
- Penne pasta , boiled 1 cup
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
- Paprika powder 1 teaspoon
- Chaat masala 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Onion powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Refined flour (maida) 1/2 cup
- Oil to deep fry
Method
Step 1
Mix together crushed peppercorns, paprika powder, chaat masala, garlic powder, onion powder and salt in a bowl.
Step 2
Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
Step 3
Put pasta in a sieve, add refined flour and sift over a plate. Add the pasta to the hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
Step 4
Sprinkle the prepared spice-mix through a sieve over the pasta, transfer them into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
